dsh-asset-library: An AI Output Asset Layer for DeepSeek

`dsh-asset-library` is an asset management plugin integrated into DSH. It organizes AI-generated outputs into local Markdown files using a four-axis framework (time, type, session, and project), addressing the issue of scattered content that is difficult to find. The plugin features automatic scanning, scored recommendations, status transitions, and sidebar interaction, while supporting slash commands, model tools, and HTTP API operations. It has no external library dependencies and implements its sidebar through DOM injection, with the goal of enabling the accumulation and reuse of AI outputs.
